Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in BA, HR,Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
Seven (7) years of compensation experience
Comprehensive understanding of compensation best practices and regulatory environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- Compensation: 7 years (Preferred)
- semiconductor, or manufacturing/engineering environment: 1 year (Preferred)

- surveys, Radford and WTW: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
